Our Extraction Process

Our process begins with the essential raw material: the CBD flowers. The flowers need to be microscopically inspected  and undergo testing for pharmaceutical elements such as pesticides, mycotoxins, heavy metals and microbiology. Each of those analyses tests in turn for a wide range of parameters.

Cannabinoids are then extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction and further undergo many steps such as winterization and decarboxylation. The whole process leads to various fractions, each with unique properties and benefits. Since there are 9 steps involved for our Full-Spectrum alone, every one of them needs to be closely monitored, resulting in a continuous exchange of samples and results between laboratory and production departments.

Finally, at the end of the intensive process, the CBD undergoes many quality controls before it can be further processed into our products and sold to our customers. Unlike our full spectrum CBD, our pure isolated CBD must undergo 6 additional processes to ensure that no detectable residues of THC remain.

Every individual product that we create is monitored by the laboratory to make sure that only the highest quality product is delivered to your home.
